2/3 cup almond milk, at room temp; In a large mixing bowl or blender, combine flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. A little more than 1/4 cup potato starch;
You'll need to experiment to find.
Weighing the flour is always your most consistent option. In a large bowl mix the gluten free flour, almond flour, nutmeg, and salt together. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg (optional, but really adds nice flavor) Almond flour doesn't behave like wheat flour (that you may be accustomed to), because there is no gluten to make the bread stretchy or soft.
