This product has been developed with similar functional properties to wheat flour to ensure ease of use in most recipes.
* pricing is per 100g i.e 500g = quantity 5. I’d recommend 1½ tsps per cup of flour. Occasionally due to popular demand, we supply 5kg packaged flour at various times of the year. Can be used as a sprinkle or mixed with boiling water to make a stock.
